Booking & Payment
How to book, payment, and cancellation
The fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your preferred date, cruise location (Water Canal, Marina, or Creek), package, and number of guests. We confirm within minutes. You can also call us on 058 582 0092.
No — we operate on a pay-on-arrival basis. There is no upfront payment required to book. You pay at the boarding point on the day of your cruise, in cash (AED) or by card.
Because there is no upfront payment, there is no cancellation penalty. If your plans change, simply message us on WhatsApp at least 3 hours before departure. For groups of 15 or more, please give 24 hours' notice.
Yes. We handle birthdays, corporate events, weddings, and family gatherings. For large groups and private charters (especially on the Oasis Sea catamaran, up to 185 guests), message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange everything including custom menus and decorations.

Prices & Packages
Costs, what's included, and children's rates
Our prices are among the most competitive in Dubai because we are the direct operator:
- Water Canal: from AED 35 per person
- Creek / Al Seef: from AED 45 per person
- Marina: from AED 75 per person
- Zabeel (traditional dhow): from AED 39 per person
Every cruise includes the 2-hour cruise, a full international buffet dinner, unlimited soft drinks, water, tea and coffee, and live entertainment (Tanoura dance and more). There are no hidden booking or service fees — the price you're quoted is the final price.
Yes. Children under 3 years cruise free. Children aged 3–11 pay half the adult price. Guests aged 12 and over pay the full adult rate.
We are the direct cruise operator — you book straight with us, not through a travel agent or reseller. That means no agent commission and no middleman markup, so you get the same experience at the lowest price.

On Board & Experience
Entertainment, views, and what to expect
Every cruise features a live Tanoura dance show (traditional Sufi spinning performance). Depending on the cruise you may also enjoy a horse puppet show, karaoke, a dance party, henna artist, or the Panda Show on the Oasis Sea catamaran.
Yes — the Water Canal cruises (including Zabeel and Oasis) offer the best Burj Khalifa views from the water, along with Business Bay and the Dubai Festival City light show. The Marina cruise shows Ain Dubai and the Palm Jumeirah skyline; the Creek cruise focuses on Old Dubai heritage views.
Absolutely. All our cruises are family-friendly with safety rails throughout, air-conditioned lower decks, child-friendly buffet options, and entertainment that all ages enjoy. Children under 3 cruise free and ages 3–11 are half price.
Smart casual is perfect. In the cooler months (October–April) bring a light jacket for the open upper deck in the evening breeze. Comfortable shoes are recommended for boarding.
Dubai rarely rains, but every boat has a fully enclosed, air-conditioned lower deck so the cruise runs comfortably in any weather. In the very rare case of a cancellation for safety, we reschedule you to another date at no cost.
